Use the Tracking guide. If your transersal is 0, you can be hit by any gun, even drednuut can hit you. Target painters have stack penalty, so there is no much point in more then 3 of them.

You can. But: 1) Speed boost will not be so great, becouse AB mass is half of ship mass (half cruiser mass in you case) 2) Such fit is hardly useful for anything.
